voice.iadam.nl is the platform behind the Green Group Canarias pilot. It answers calls with AI, logs requests and records every call. It is still in development, and we say so plainly.

A missed call is a missed customer, especially for businesses that work in the field. An AI voice agent can answer, but only if it is set up well and someone manages it.
That is why we offer voice agents as a managed service, not as a one-off configuration. voice.iadam.nl is the foundation. Green Group Canarias is the first client.
The challenge
Voice technology moves fast. Commit to one vendor and you are stuck with it. At the same time you want to know, per call, what happened and what it cost.
And a voice agent must do more than talk: log a lead, request a callback or suggest an appointment.
Our approach
We built the platform independent of the voice provider. Today we use Vapi, but with an adapter it can be another vendor later.
We started with what the team needs after a call: a transcript, the outcome and a clear next step. The agent works for the team, not instead of it.

Result and impact
The platform makes it possible to manage voice agents for several clients without being tied to one vendor. There are no results to share yet.
Still to come: login, budget limits and billing. In the pilot we validate whether the agent handles questions well and passes on complete requests.
