iADam is an AI agency that implements AI agents for SMEs across the Netherlands. An AI agent carries out tasks on its own: answering questions, looking up data in your systems, booking appointments or processing leads. We first decide which task the agent gets, connect it to your existing software, test with real examples and take it live within 1 to 2 weeks, with 30 days of aftercare.

Both. Most projects run remotely, over video calls and shared workspaces. That is fast and saves travel time and costs. We come on location when it really adds value, such as a workshop with your team, walking through a complex process or a launch where staff need to watch along. We sign a data processing agreement whenever we process personal data, choose EU data storage and AI services where possible and process no more data than needed. We explain up front which tools we use and where your data ends up. That way you can account for how your customer data is handled.

The EU AI Act classifies AI applications by risk. Most SME applications, such as chatbots and automation, fall into a low risk category. One key rule is transparency: people must know they are talking to AI. That is why our chatbots and voice agents make this clear. Higher-risk uses, such as decisions about staff, face stricter requirements; we discuss those up front.

In most cases, yes. We connect AI solutions to common CRMs, calendars, accounting packages, web shops and email through their API or via automation platforms. The goal is that you keep using your existing software while AI takes over the work in between. If a system offers no integration, we find an alternative or build a custom solution.
