1. Services offered

iADam provides client businesses with:

• WhatsApp Business inbox automation and chatbot development.
• Appointment reminders, customer support and custom conversational flows.
• Integrations with Meta APIs, OpenAI and third-party platforms such as n8n.
• AI implementation, marketing automation, web development, creative advertising and voice agent services.
• Technical support and documentation for the activation and operation of digital channels.

2. WhatsApp Business Solution Provider / Tech Provider

iADam acts as a Tech Provider / Solution Provider on top of the WhatsApp Business API delivered by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. By using these services, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with: (a) the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms; (b) the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy; (c) the WhatsApp Commerce Policy; and (d) the Meta Platform Terms. iADam may suspend or terminate a service if the client's use violates any of those policies or applicable law.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide valid assets (WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, Instagram profile, Meta Business Manager).
• Maintain a verified business portfolio in Meta Business Manager.
• Use the services in compliance with Meta policies and applicable law.
• Not send prohibited content, spam or unsolicited messages.
• Obtain and document opt-in from end-users before sending business-initiated WhatsApp messages.
• Provide accurate information and timely cooperation needed to deliver the services.

4. iADam responsibilities

• Configure and operate technical flows in a secure, segmented manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of tokens, credentials and client data.
• Provide technical support and clear documentation.
• Not use client assets for purposes other than those contracted.

5. AI assistant (Dam) and Lab demos

Our AI assistant Dam and the free demos in our Lab provide general information and preliminary analysis. Responses are AI-generated and should not be considered professional advice. Final recommendations are always reviewed by our human team. Lab results are indicative; full analysis requires a professional engagement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and branding on this website are owned by iADam. Reports and deliverables generated for a client are for that client's personal/business use only.

7. Limitation of liability

iADam provides this website and its AI tools "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for: (a) suspensions or restrictions imposed by Meta on client assets; (b) errors arising from assets misconfigured by the client; (c) loss of data caused by misuse of the API outside the authorized flows; or (d) decisions made based on AI-generated analysis or recommendations.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated. Clients will be notified by email or through the website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Groningen.
