One platform for an agency's quote, proposal, signature and client portal
app.iadam.nl is the platform iADam itself runs on. From service catalogue and public proposal with signature to client portal, partner programme and automatically scheduled posts. It is live and designed as white label for other agencies.

An agency works with many separate steps: pricing, writing a proposal, getting it signed, planning the work and keeping the client informed. For us those steps were spread over documents, email and separate tools.
So we built our own platform. Everything in one place, for us and for the client.
The challenge
Proposals took manual work, and after signing the client had little view of what was happening. Social publishing was scattered across several tools.
We wanted to tighten that process without losing the personal touch. And it had to work for other agencies later on.
Our approach
We first mapped the client journey: from first request to running project. Each step got its own screen with a clear handover to the next.
Automation came afterwards, always with control. Posts are only published once approved, and we get an alert if something fails.

Approved posts go live on Facebook automatically. Other channels are planned or manual.
Result and impact
The full journey with a client now lives in one place, and the client follows along instead of waiting for updates. We share no savings in hours or revenue because we have not measured them.
What is now possible: offering the same platform as white label to other agencies, with more channels for automatic publishing.
